1. Protocol Acceptance
By accessing the GreenStreak network or using our bio-validation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the protocol constraints, you must terminate your session immediately.
2. Validation Accuracy
Users of the GreenStreak app are responsible for providing accurate, real-world data for plant validation. Attempting to spoof location or provide fraudulent imagery is a violation of the protocol and will result in permanent node termination.
3. Asset Ownership
Carbon credits and impact points generated through the protocol are digital representations of ecological value. While tradeable within our marketplace, they do not constitute legal financial securities.
4. Protocol Evolution
We reserve the right to update the validation algorithms and reward structures as the network scales. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these algorithmic shifts.
